Requirements
Candidates must have professional experience with Golang, Python, C++, or Java, and a willingness to use Golang. They should also possess comfort and experience working within the constraints of existing software applications and architectures, practical experience building web services and data pipelines at scale, and practical experience building services within a microservices architecture. Operational knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and graph databases, as well as messaging systems like Kafka or Kinesis, is required. Linux programming fundamentals, experience with distributed and scalable systems, cloud-native technologies, and Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes are also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Engineer III - Cloud will work with Falcon Complete security analysts to improve existing tooling and develop new solutions to enhance product efficacy and analyst efficiency. Responsibilities include participating in the design and implementation of new features and product enhancements, building products that solve real-world cybersecurity challenges in collaboration with stakeholders, and designing and implementing reliable and performant solutions for scalability. The role also involves improving service monitoring effectiveness, proactively addressing issues, participating in on-call rotations, and writing automation to reduce operational load.
