Specific technical requirements include experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Jenkins with JCASC, artifact repository services (JFrog Artifactory, Nexus, or Quay.io), the Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), IaaS provisioning tools (Ansible, Chef, Salt, Puppet), scripting languages (Python, Groovy), REST APIs, Linux and Windows server administration in hybrid environments, and knowledge of monitoring, maintenance, and disaster recovery of critical services. A US citizenship is required.
The Engineer III - CICD DevOps will be responsible for creating tools to enhance and support automated workflows for deploying, managing, and supporting CrowdStrike’s Production Services. This includes architecting and implementing solutions for production deployments, on-premise provisioning and administration of Kubernetes, ArgoCD, FluxCD, and containers, managing Jenkins with JCASC, utilizing artifact repository services, working with the Atlassian Stack, and employing IaaS provisioning tools. The role also involves scripting with Python, REST APIs, and Groovy, performing Linux and Windows server administration in hybrid environments, and documenting processes and procedures.
