Candidates should possess a BS degree in a related field, with an MS degree being ideal, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role. A deep understanding of Linux systems (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu), GitOps principles, version control platforms (GitHub/GitLab), and scripting in Bash or Python is required. Comprehensive AWS technology expertise including VPC, EC2, NLB/ALB, Elastic Search, Elastic Cache, DynamoDB, EKS, and S3 is necessary. Working knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Ansible and Jenkins, along with experience in production deployment and troubleshooting of systems such as Nginx and ETCD, is essential. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and production on-call support experience are also required. Experience with ELK and Kubernetes is preferred, and familiarity with Chat or Instant Messaging (XMPP) is a plus.
The DevOps Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement zero-downtime solutions for highly available services (99.99%) and disaster recovery between regional datacenters. Responsibilities include participating in an on-call rotation, troubleshooting complex production issues (performance and functional), cooperating with cloud vendors and infrastructure teams for security and service availability, and providing deep-level outage troubleshooting for systems and backend services. The role involves implementing the CI/CD model for production system deployment and configuration, and working with technologies such as the ELK stack, Kubernetes, and large-scale distributed systems.
