Requirements

Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer II will be responsible for performing on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex electron microscopy systems, conducting troubleshooting and repair support, providing training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance, and cultivating positive working relationships with customers and company personnel. They will also proactively seek out additional learning opportunities and conduct planned maintenance visits to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
