Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS, and other content requirements
  • Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling, and deployment
  • Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers
  • Be a positive contributor on a small and nimble team, willing to tackle new projects as they come up, valuing collaboration and openness in communication within the team and across cross-functional projects
