Responsibilities

Deeply understand how knowledge workers, especially investors, think and operate – creatively engage with customers, from setting AI strategies with senior executives to helping individual users get the most out of Hebbia
Build strong relationships (including at the executive level of large, global investment firms) and serve as a trusted advisor and go-to leader in AI
Identify and capture value with customers, serving as the key driver of our land-and-expand strategy in our Enterprise vertical
Tackle ambiguous, complex customer and product questions – bringing together a deep understanding of user needs and technical capabilities
Shape the future of the product – bring the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams and strategically advise on the future of the product
Help to build the Engagement team – with potential opportunity to manage a dedicated team in the near future
