Responsibilities

  • Drive services sales cycles alongside enterprise software sales
  • Coach and guide internal teams on the services sales cycle
  • Maintain forecasting hygiene for professional services opportunities
  • Develop and manage territory and account plans
  • Create and communicate services proposals
  • Write statements of work (SOWs) and navigate legal reviews
  • Conduct knowledge transfer from pre-sales to post-sales teams
  • Maintain client relationships throughout professional services engagements
