Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery, scoping, and contracting of services engagements
  • Work with Sales, Technical Architects, and Customer Success teams to design services proposals
  • Stay engaged with customers throughout delivery, building relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify services opportunities and generate services pipeline
  • Drive services sales cycles alongside enterprise software sales
  • Coach and guide internal teams on the services sales cycle
  • Maintain forecasting hygiene for professional services opportunities
  • Develop and manage territory and account plans
  • Create and communicate services proposals
  • Write statements of work (SOWs) and navigate legal reviews
  • Conduct knowledge transfer from pre-sales to post-sales teams
  • Maintain client relationships throughout professional services engagements
