Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to interpret energy efficiency/renewable technologies and services and understand their application
  • Solid understanding of financial principles
  • Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction to business partners (e.g., contracted vendors) and/or technical project expertise to customers, coordinating resources for procurement and installation of energy efficient measures, strategies, and systems
  • Review and approve moderately complex projects/programs, requiring understanding of engineering analysis/calculations, implementation strategy for new technologies, or energy simulation modeling
  • Manage integration of activities between customers, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendors/contractors
  • Develop documents and plans necessary to meet compliance with regulatory filings and oversight of ratepayer-funded Energy Efficiency programs
  • Ensure projects and programs are accurate and compliant with regulatory guidelines by reviewing project documentation and program applications
  • Participate in budgeting, invoicing, evaluation, and tracking of expenses and energy savings; assist with development of RFPs for contracted services
  • Facilitate achievement of energy efficiency goals by promoting demand-reduction initiatives to assigned customers/customer segments and/or programs
  • Partner with Energy Efficiency colleagues (e.g., Sales Account Executives) to set implementation path and strategy for customer participation and program implementation
  • Lead development, promotion, and implementation of C&I customer engagement in new and existing programs
  • Identify existing and new technologies supporting energy-saving solutions for customers
