Requirements
Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship for work visas)
Ability to work at least three days in the office (including Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with flexibility up to five days based on needs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Ability to interpret energy efficiency/renewable technologies and services and understand their application
Solid understanding of financial principles
Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel)
Responsibilities
Provide direction to business partners (e.g., contracted vendors) and/or technical project expertise to customers, coordinating resources for procurement and installation of energy efficient measures, strategies, and systems
Review and approve moderately complex projects/programs, requiring understanding of engineering analysis/calculations, implementation strategy for new technologies, or energy simulation modeling
Manage integration of activities between customers, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendors/contractors
Develop documents and plans necessary to meet compliance with regulatory filings and oversight of ratepayer-funded Energy Efficiency programs
Ensure projects and programs are accurate and compliant with regulatory guidelines by reviewing project documentation and program applications
Participate in budgeting, invoicing, evaluation, and tracking of expenses and energy savings; assist with development of RFPs for contracted services
Facilitate achievement of energy efficiency goals by promoting demand-reduction initiatives to assigned customers/customer segments and/or programs
Partner with Energy Efficiency colleagues (e.g., Sales Account Executives) to set implementation path and strategy for customer participation and program implementation
Lead development, promotion, and implementation of C&I customer engagement in new and existing programs
Identify existing and new technologies supporting energy-saving solutions for customers
