Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of hands-on experience building full stack web applications, with a preference for familiarity with Typescript, React, Node, and Go. Responsibilities

The Lead Engineer will design and implement developer-first tooling, deeply understand developer workflows to streamline experiences, and lead a small team to deliver impactful initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and engineers, participating in architecture planning, code reviews, and mentoring peers. Developers are expected to support applications in production, including on-call duties, as part of a you-build-it-you-run-it culture.
