Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate SBD Power Tools and provide technical support to customers and sales teams
- Build and maintain a qualified customer database for the local industry and construction sector
- Participate in trade fairs, product presentations, customer events, demonstrations, and appreciation days
- Conduct in-store activities such as professional visits, cross merchandising, inventory management, product training, and end-user sales advice
- Monitor competitors in the local market
