Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with senior business segment managers as a valued partner to identify priorities and takes ownership for the whole learning experience
  • Partners with client groups (e.g., business groups, defined company client groups, or functional groups) to identify development solutions within the defined L&D strategy
  • Creates strategic development plans aligned with business priorities for senior business segment managers
  • Manages the business group, defined company client group, or functional group development budget and required financial metrics
  • Partners with HR and the business to define and build transformation and change capabilities specific to the client groups
  • Drives creation and delivery of learning solutions that support the client group priorities
  • Communicates business impact metrics and return on investment
  • Partners with senior leaders and determines business unit, sales, or function business drivers and priorities to identify the capabilities needed by employees to achieve business growth, revenue, and profit objectives
  • Creates plans aligned with business strategy and priorities within established budgets and other constraints to develop employee capability to meet the business objectives more successfully, especially to address gaps in capability and/or performance
  • Provides business management expertise to measure business impact, return on investment, and other relevant metrics, ensuring business process execution from beginning to end
