Requirements

Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Analyst I will assist in administering employment policies and practices, researching and investigating employee concerns, and making recommendations to promote positive employee relations. The role involves assisting people managers with ER issues, consulting on workplace matters, coordinating with legal counsel, and preparing corrective action documents and performance improvement plans. Additionally, the analyst will support ER projects focused on standard reporting and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining detailed documentation.
