Relevant work experience of at least 1 year; experience in organizing large-scale events
Pre-intermediate English level or higher
Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities
Organizing full-cycle events for employee engagement (quarterly and annual meetings/celebrations/charitable and corporate activities/events, and initiatives within the internal plant calendar)
Preparing regular reports and communications regarding engagement plans
Leading the plant initiative team (organizing meetings, developing work plans, executing initiatives)
Analyzing the annual employee survey results and preparing a work plan based on the survey results
Implementation and execution of employee engagement strategies
