Responsibilities
- Organizing full-cycle events for employee engagement (quarterly and annual meetings/celebrations/charitable and corporate activities/events, and initiatives within the internal plant calendar)
- Preparing regular reports and communications regarding engagement plans
- Leading the plant initiative team (organizing meetings, developing work plans, executing initiatives)
- Analyzing the annual employee survey results and preparing a work plan based on the survey results
- Implementation and execution of employee engagement strategies
- Assessing the current engagement level
- Promoting a positive corporate culture
