Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of enterprise business development or account management experience, with at least 6 years working with strategic/corporate sponsored customers to support a technical product/service. Significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology is required. Experience building long-term customer relationships demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills is essential. Proven success in negotiating large, complex, solutions-based proposals at a SVP or C-suite level is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levels, are a must. Experience selling complex software solutions or ad tech products to OEMs and Semiconductor companies is preferred, as is experience in the technology industry or selling SaaS products. Availability and willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will sell platform solutions to a set of named strategic target accounts, selling directly into C-Suite and director-level personas in the enterprise space. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned Enterprise customers, owning the interface for onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention and growth. You will identify and communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realizing forecasted revenue. You will manage and update your pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce. You will also manage the execution of significant or complex contracts, including initial intake and renegotiation of terms and schedules.
