Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to specific business units, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process alongside them
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate and compelling job descriptions, and establish clear hiring criteria
  • Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to enhance the candidate pool
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
  • Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process
  • Source suitable and relevant candidates for various areas
