Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership & strategic advice to support & influence WW channel strategy initiatives, as well as development & evolution of existing programs
  • Representing geos specific market needs to enrich program development decisions with business rationale, competitive and market intelligence, ensuring global program standards, collecting & sharing best practices across the EMEA geos
  • Lead HPE Partner Ready Vantage program deployment in geos by supporting local geo channel teams & supporting functions to progress against plan, effectively communicating and resolving roadblocks, ensuring a global standard program execution based on common guidelines, processes and tools
  • Ensure smooth yearly program readiness, implementation, setup, compliancy management and where necessary – exception management to ensure predictability and compliance with planned contra budget in close alignment with geo teams
  • Support & coordinate readiness, deployment, training, and change management of key global initiatives in geos to build a world class, high performing sales organization, as well as further strengthen the value proposition for our channel that ensures HPE continues to have the best channel program in the industry
  • Active involvement in geo review meetings and regular engagement with the geo teams, ensuring tracking of program and sales best practices and proactively sharing across the geo teams
