Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns in Marketo (required)
  • Experience building emails in Knak
  • Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools
  • Marketo certification preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, segmentation, and nurture programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and cross-team communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy all email campaigns and automated workflows in Marketo
  • Create and maintain responsive, on-brand email templates in Knak
  • Manage campaign intake, timelines, and delivery using Jira
  • Execute A/B tests for subject lines, templates, and workflows to improve performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, UTM tagging, and Salesforce integration
  • Develop and manage segmentation strategies using behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure correct targeting and suppression logic
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations and internal data governance policies
  • Conduct QA and testing for every send, including content accuracy, links, and rendering
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to translate campaign briefs into high-quality email executions
