Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience designing emails for e-commerce or DTC brands, proficiency in Figma, a strong understanding of email design principles, UX, and responsive layouts, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with limited creative direction. Excellent English communication skills and familiarity with Klaviyo, spirits, beverage, or lifestyle industries, as well as Monday.com or other project management tools, are considered nice to have, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design.

Responsibilities

The Email Marketing Designer will design engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines, collaborate with strategy and content teams to turn briefs into effective visual executions, ensure responsive, mobile-first design across all assets, apply email best practices, maintain visual hierarchy, and prioritize clear CTAs. They will also leverage A/B testing and performance data to improve campaign results, and step into client-facing conversations in the future.
