Requirements

Candidates must possess a portfolio demonstrating their range, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail, along with 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in DTC, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands. They should have high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, a deep understanding of design principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure and work independently. A passion for branding and design that creates emotional and functional impact is also required.

Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will design a wide range of creative assets, including packaging, social content, email campaigns, landing pages, print, and OOH, collaborating closely with the Art Director, senior creatives, and marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns and launches to life. They will translate strategic goals into designs that are visually consistent, brand-forward, and conversion-driven, contribute to the development and evolution of the Everyday Dose visual identity, manage a high volume of creative requests, and maintain speed and accuracy under tight deadlines.
