Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field - MUST
  • Native English proficiency - MUST
  • Execution-focused mindset: Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion
  • Analytical acumen: Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into actionable growth strategies
  • Technical proficiency in Webflow, HTML, and CRM platforms (highly preferred)
  • HubSpot experience (advantage)
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Available 3 full days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) at our Tel Aviv office

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of email campaigns including creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance optimization
  • Marketing Automation: Build and refine automated email workflows, implementing advanced segmentation and personalization strategies that drive user engagement
  • Conversion Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages using Webflow, with continuous testing to maximize acquisition rates
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities, delivering weekly insights and strategic recommendations to drive acquisition and retention
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that scale our marketing operations
