Eligibility Consultant - Paper Ops

Verify enrollment status and make changes to member/client records. Address enrollment questions and concerns, maintaining enrollment databases and coordinating the transfer of non-electronic eligibility data. Respond to and resolve eligibility and/or billing issues, working with clients and internal teams to achieve positive service outcomes. Monitor daily status reports for trends impacting service levels. Apply technical requirements, legislative/regulatory policies, and account structures to eligibility matters. Validate benefit plan enrollment information for accuracy and completeness. Complete screen coding and data entry for systems processes impacting member-specific and plan sponsor products. Finalize new enrollment information, changes, and terminations through data entry. Review and correct transaction errors impacting eligibility interfaces and prepare information for imaging. Interpret and translate client benefits and account structures against internal systems. Determine and communicate standard and non-standard service charges for paper eligibility activities. Coordinate the release of eligibility and benefit plan information and reproduce group bills upon client request.
