Responsibilities

Conduct error analysis and repair of Xylem Analytics measurement systems and trade goods
Communicate with customers to clarify details and provide solutions
Document activities to create cost estimates, invoices, and reports, including information on alternative devices
Perform repair and maintenance tasks on devices, including loaner equipment, adhering to maintenance regulations, manuals, forms, and work instructions
Make decisions regarding warranty/guarantee claims within the DOAE (Damage Occurrence Analysis Evaluation) framework
Create certificates and DIN ISO 9001 and testing protocols
Assist customers with questions regarding operation or the selection of alternative devices/sensors
Maintain quality and complaint statistics
Enter all relevant data into an ERP system (QAD)
Support the creation and maintenance of service documents, participation in inventory, and coordination with interface partners
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
