Minimum secondary vocational education in automation/electrical engineering/mechatronics is required, even for entry-level; basic Office skills (Excel, Word), commitment to safety and quality rules, openness to learning, good communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness for 12-hour shifts. Technician qualification is an advantage.
