Candidates need an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field, minimum 10 years of work experience in electronics/electrical roles, 10 years hands-on experience designing and fabricating electronic systems, proficiency in precision compression and soldered connections, and skills in soldering tools and compression terminals.
