Deep knowledge of EPC Engineering and Contractors company work process
Deep expertise and competences in Instrumentation and Control sector

Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating a team of engineers
Planning and controlling project activities
Supervising one or more engineering teams
Delivering commercially sound products or services by setting and meeting project goals and objectives
Selecting and assigning Discipline Leaders and technical specialists
Supporting the assigned Discipline Leader with project requirements and technical annexes
Verifying project progress and budget compliance with the Discipline Leader
Attending project kickoff meetings
Cooperating with the Proposal department in preparing technical offers
Nurturing talent, coaching, and defining training plans for the team
Cooperating with Procurement for vendor qualification and test/inspection activities
Oversee projects
Manage finances
