  • Supporting the assigned Discipline Leader with project requirements and technical annexes
  • Verifying project progress and budget compliance with the Discipline Leader
  • Attending project kickoff meetings
  • Cooperating with the Proposal department in preparing technical offers
  • Nurturing talent, coaching, and defining training plans for the team
  • Cooperating with Procurement for vendor qualification and test/inspection activities
