Responsibilities

  • Full diagnosis of client needs (including short and long term), matching the bank's offer considering the appropriate financing structure

  • Presenting solutions to the client based on information from banking systems and using available tools
  • Providing information on the current offer of banking products and services
  • Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of client data in banking IT systems
