Responsibilities

The Educational Content Coordinator will manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables for SEO content production, coordinate with freelancers on onboarding and task support, conduct quality assurance to ensure content quality and alignment with SEO standards, maintain clear documentation and tracking systems, perform basic CMS content updates, format and organize content for uploads and reporting, support taxonomy organization, and run internal AI tools as needed.
