DataCamp's mission is to empower everyone with the data and AI skills essential for 21st-century success. By providing practical, engaging learning experiences, DataCamp equips learners and organizations of all sizes to harness the power of data and AI. As a trusted partner to over 16 million learners and 6,000+ companies, including 80% of the Fortune 1000, DataCamp is leading the charge in addressing the critical data and AI skills shortage.

The rapid rise of generative AI is transforming how work gets done across every function—from marketing and finance to HR, product, and customer service. Yet, most professionals lack the foundational knowledge and practical confidence to use AI effectively and responsibly.

As Curriculum Manager in Artificial Intelligence, you’ll lead the development of a best-in-class curriculum that bridges the gap between conceptual understanding and practical application. Your focus will be on building AI courses for professionals across diverse domains. You’ll work with expert instructors, curriculum designers, and cross-functional teams to create interactive learning experiences that help professionals understand how AI works, what it can and can’t do, and how to use it to augment their day-to-day work using the latest tools and workflows. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making AI accessible, impactful, and intuitive for everyone, regardless of technical background.

About You

At DataCamp, we value initiative, clarity, ownership, and a learner-first mindset. You’re someone who:

  • Understands the broader implications of AI across industries and job functions.
  • Has a solid technical foundation and a genuine understanding of how AI tools work—you don’t just use them at face value or rely on hype.
  • Can empathize with and build educational content for different profiles, from leaders to front-line workers and everyone in between.
  • Is deeply curious about AI tools, trends, and applications—especially in applied settings.
  • Stays current with the latest trends, tools, and techniques shaping the AI ecosystem.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity.
  • Communicates clearly and can distill complex concepts into intuitive learning experiences.

If that resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end content development lifecycle & timelines for new courses.
  • Source and recruit top-tier instructors with deep expertise in relevant tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with instructors to create engaging learning materials.
  • Design, review, and create content on AI topics such as the inner workings of generative models, best practices for tools beyond ChatGPT (e.g., n8n, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf), practical prompt engineering, and more.
  • Be learner zero, and act as the voice of the learner. You will review slides, exercises, and course material to ensure technical accuracy and pedagogy.
  • Continuously assess course performance using learner feedback and engagement data (via Looker and SQL) to drive improvements.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI topics for new content development.
  • Identify ways AI can streamline content production processes and improve content quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background, focusing on clearly communicating concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and productivity tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, n8n, Zapier, Replit Code Agent, etc…).
  • Familiarity with a wide range of functional AI use cases—marketing, operations, finance, education, etc.
  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content creators, educators, and subject matter experts.
