Expert in Excel and data collection processes

Responsibilities

Learn all of the current data management systems in place
Deeply understand the data management systems used by each team
Cross-train with the managers and other technicians with an eye to improvement and redundancy
Maintain current systems under the supervision of the Student Support Manager
Update information systems as needed
Assist other teams as directed
Other duties as assigned
