Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with at least 3 years in a content leadership role
  • Proven ability to connect marketing, product, and sales to create cohesive, audience-first narratives
  • Deep understanding of SEO, content strategy, and the evolving B2B funnel (including buying groups and intent signals)
  • Strong writing and editing instincts—you know what makes a story resonate and drive engagement
  • Portfolio or examples of work demonstrating strategic content leadership and storytelling impact in B2B tech
  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
  • Review (initially and annually) related materials if required

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Saviynt’s content marketing function, setting strategy, processes, and priorities from scratch
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical expertise into compelling narratives, thought leadership, and campaign content
  • Collaborate with Integrated and Digital Marketing to create high-impact, optimized content journeys—from ungated thought leadership to gated lead-gen assets—that drive engagement and support global SEO/GEO strategies
  • Bring a data-driven mindset to define KPIs, measure impact, and continuously optimize content performance based on intent signals
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of writers and content creators, while also writing and creating content yourself
  • Elevate awareness, fuel demand, and bring the brand voice to life across every channel, from thought leadership and SEO-driven content to integrated campaigns and social storytelling
  • Shift the company mindset from a deeply product-oriented culture to one that embraces storytelling, expertise, and trust
