Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded enterprise sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growth
  • Analyse seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Create and execute customized business plans to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targets
  • Provide advanced platform knowledge and selling strategy consultation
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues
  • Guide sellers through policy and platform changes while ensuring compliance
  • Track and analyse seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met
  • Design and lead seller education programs through webinars and offline seminars
  • Create compelling presentation materials and training decks focused on advanced selling strategies
  • Organize and execute large-scale seller events and workshops independently
  • Develop best practice sharing programs across the seller community
  • Investigate and analyse new policy and platform impacts on enterprise sellers
  • Lead initiatives to establish and enforce seller best practices
  • Leverage internal and external resources to support educational events
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of education initiatives
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with eBay Certified Consultants to enhance seller support
  • Effectively negotiate and coordinate with consultants to maximize seller onboarding success
