Applicants must be located in the Republic of Ireland and have a fiber connection for the internet.
As a Customer Experience Teammate, you will deliver a high level of customer service to eBay’s Buyers and Sellers through phone, chat, and email, taking ownership of customer issues and prioritizing resolution. You will promote and encourage best practices on eBay, provide up-selling, cross-selling, and account retention services as needed, and excel at learning through training programs to grow your eBay knowledge while mastering eBay technology and achieving individual targets.
