Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, E-commerce business or other relevant majors
  • Above 10 years in E-commerce business experience
  • Strong understanding of the impact of E-commerce on multinational businesses
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiar with operation rules of major E-commerce platforms
  • Creative & Strategic thinking
  • Familiar with auto market is a plus
  • Fluent English both in written and oral
  • Travel throughout sales territory is a necessity

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating dynamic E-commerce trade marketing strategy and developing execution plans of E-commerce activities, to support Clarios China AFM business growth in E-commerce channels
  • Analyze the Return-on-investment (ROI), control the marketing budget to E-commerce activities, and oversee the marketing plans implementation in multiple E-commerce platforms (T-mall, Taobao, JD, Tuhu, PDD, etc.)
  • Develop and conduct suitable E-commerce trade marketing strategies include both short-term and long-term to gain business growth
  • Plan and execute local E-commerce marketing activities to fulfil annual sales target, grow E-commerce channels and grow new and existing online customers
  • Evaluate E-commerce and B2C national accounts platforms and ROI, propose E-commerce advertisement investment plan and E-commerce trade marketing budget management
  • Analyze consumers buy behavior to improve E-commerce sales growth
  • Analyze internal and external data, manage brand value chain on E-commerce platforms and collaborate with pricing team for healthy E-commerce price management
  • Utilize analytics and insight tools to regularly monitor sales and products and oversee existing and potential platform performance
  • Work with the Third Parties/TuoPanShang to ensure a seamless consumer journey and an optimized brand experience so as to flow online traffic to online retailers
  • Co-work with E-commerce sales team to evaluate the TP investment performance and ROI and propose improvement action plan
  • Work with product marketing team to analyze product categories and make appropriate product mix recommendations to E-commerce channels
  • Regularly monitor competitor new campaigns and E-commerce activities
  • Perform special assignments and analysis as directed by the senior leadership
