Candidates should possess a proven track record in sales and a passion for achieving targets, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to engage effectively with customers, and a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing. Prior experience in e-commerce sales and customer engagement is preferred, as well as an analytical mindset capable of understanding customer behavior and sales data.
The E-commerce Salesperson will proactively engage with hot leads from the company website, respond to customer inquiries via chat and other direct channels, follow-up with B2B account holders, bulk purchasers, repeat customers, influencers, and affiliates, build relationships and guide prospects through the buying process to secure sales, identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and repeat purchases, implement marketing and digital marketing strategies to enhance lead engagement and sales performance, and understand e-commerce sales funnels and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates.
