Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably at a multi-national fashion or beauty online retailer
  • Strong analytical skills, a result-oriented mentality with a drive to get things done and ability to work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in merchandising management
  • Commercial mindset and solid understanding of online fashion trading, profound knowledge of the competitive landscape and latest fashion trends in Romania (knowledge about the Hungarian market is a plus)
  • Experience working with different stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects
  • Great organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and hands-on person who is curious to understand how things are done more than delegating tasks
  • Native or proficiency in Romanian (Hungarian is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Own the local homepage in terms of content and commercial campaigns and design and execute actions to capture local demand in line with the local trading strategy
  • Plan, implement, analyse and develop onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive business performance
  • Generate weekly assortment and website performance insights about your markets in order to capture maximal local demand in line with the local trading strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Planning and Pricing team to define the long-term commercial plan and weekly steering actions
  • Provide input on the local market needs, customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities
  • Help define the local assortment strategy and ensure that relevant assortment for the local customer is made visible across all touch points
  • Participate in functional and cross-functional projects and interact with various stakeholders, e.g. with Marketing, Supply or Digital Experience
