They should be focused, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. An analytical thinker with a proactive mindset is required, along with strong communication and time management skills. Candidates must also have 2 monitors for multitasking and efficiency, a high-speed, reliable internet connection, and a functional webcam for meetings. Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns is a plus.
The E-commerce Manager will manage all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations. They will prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers. Responsibilities include tracking and reconciling shipments, handling Seller Central support cases, and creating and optimizing product listings with SEO best practices. The role also involves writing compelling content for titles, bullet points, and product descriptions, publishing A+ Content, conducting keyword research, and using Google Sheets to track KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights.
