The E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience, process returns and refunds efficiently using Refund Sniper, manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency, handle FedEx and other carrier claims, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution, utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
