Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in eCommerce content, site merchandising, or digital marketing (preferably DTC apparel or lifestyle)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for storytelling and salesmanship
  • Experience working in Shopify Plus or similar CMS
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web UX principles
  • Analytical mindset — you know what a great PDP looks like and how to test it
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Write and manage all on-site content including homepage updates, landing pages, collection descriptions, and promotional messaging
  • Own product detail page content: headlines, descriptions, features, fit guidance, and cross-sell modules
  • Ensure copy is consistently on-brand, conversion-oriented, and speaks to the Jack Archer customer
  • Collaborate with growth, creative, and merchandising teams to support product launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns
  • Develop content strategies that align with customer journeys and support A/B testing efforts
  • Analyze performance data to continuously optimize messaging, structure, and content hierarchy
  • Maintain and update the site CMS (Shopify Plus), ensuring timely rollout of assets and campaigns
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar aligned to marketing, product, and promotional plans
  • QC new content for functionality, responsiveness, and consistency across devices
  • Partner with planning and product teams to prioritize how and when products are featured
  • Implement cross-sells, bundling strategies, and navigation changes to increase AOV and LTV
  • Work with SEO and lifecycle marketing to optimize content across channels
