Responsibilities

  • Establish business for recurring revenue by negotiating agreements for ongoing DTC event participation; explore luxury brand and venue partnerships with quantified sales goals and performance tracking
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts through personalized services, exclusive selections, private tastings, and data-driven sales strategies
  • Create and implement a DTC strategy playbook for in-market events, including best practices, target demographics, sales tactics, customer engagement, market research, and clear sales targets
  • Plan and execute a calendar of experiential events (private client, wine club-focused, aligned with winemaker/distiller/ambassador travel, and collaborative with US wholesale partners), each with specific sales targets and strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, e-Commerce, Sponsorships, Legal, Procurement, Operations, Sales) to align DTC programming with business goals, timelines, and sales-focused KPIs
  • Achieve sales KPIs with year-over-year growth; monitor promotional programs via sales impact analysis, post-event feedback, and detailed reporting for future strategies
  • Maintain and track event budgets, process invoices, and ensure financial objectives align with sales targets and outcomes
  • Foster strategic planning, teamwork, and continuous improvement by providing recommendations to optimize brand experiences and sales performance
