Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly targets per product with a goal of achieving annual targets
  • Manage financial resources assigned to the district, specifically for promotional expenses, to achieve targets
  • Manage PMRs (per district) by ensuring their KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Conduct product presentations or focus group discussions for the team if a resource speaker is unavailable
  • Create and develop new marketing opportunities (e.g., trade, government, hospital, industrial) that yield profit
  • Train existing PMRs in the team for overall development
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure efficient product delivery to points of purchase
  • Coach and motivate the team/district to ensure maximum performance of each PMR
  • Address and solve various problems that arise in daily work (e.g., out-of-stock situations)
