Degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum 8-10 years of exclusive experience in handling specialty chemical treatment for Boiler Water, Cooling Water, Process Chemicals in large refineries / petrochemical industries

Responsibilities

Foster strong relationships with customers and address their challenges related to chemical treatment
Understand the technical aspects of customer’s plant and product offerings in refinery, water treatment, and petrochemical applications
Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements in specialty chemicals, refining technologies, water treatment solutions, and petrochemical innovations
Attend/participate in relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
Collaborate closely with technical advisors and subject matter experts to address complex queries or issues
Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Execute the treatment program at the assigned account and be familiarized with the complete system & its limitations
Provide reports in weekly, monthly, and quarterly formats
Conduct reviews with customer on a quarterly and annual basis along with senior management
Visit the site daily to ensure smooth functioning of the program and discuss problematic areas with customer point of contact
Be available to attend all emergency / system-upset situations as a technical backup to the Service Technician and as required by the Customer
Identify growth potentials and meet sales targets / business plan
