Responsibilities

  • Create and publish pharmacist schedules on time across the district, including templates, DSP scheduling, vacation coverage, and staffing contingency plans (e.g., call-lists for unplanned coverage)
  • Track pharmacist vacation balances, send regular reporting/reminders, and partner with Rx DL for timely review and approval of vacation requests
  • Support scheduling and staffing of outside immunization clinics to ensure team preparedness and client relationships
  • Serve as timekeeping administrator for market pharmacists, ensuring accurate and timely payroll submission
  • Act as delegate for Rx DL to execute base changes, track/monitor vacation requests, and manage pay code balances
  • Partner with Rx DL to identify and close gaps in PIC/POA registrations with state Board of Pharmacy
  • Escalate and/or follow up on issues impacting pharmacy operations (e.g., TempAlert excursions, Service Channel tickets, store supply ordering, exception reporting, audits)
  • Support additional administrative activities for compliant and effective market pharmacy functioning
  • Ensure pharmacists eligible for LOA & RA are supported
