Leadership and coaching skills to lead and inspire a sales team
Ability to conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
Hands-on fieldwork experience, with at least three days per week in the field supporting the team
Experience in direct sales, focusing on larger strategic deals
Involvement in recruiting and selecting top talent
Proficiency in monitoring team activity, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring sales process execution
Ability to use Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing
Passion for developing others, achieving results, and driving growth in a competitive environment
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
Spend at least three days per week in the field working directly with the team through the sales process
Focus on closing larger strategic deals within the territory
Participate in the recruiting process to build a successful team
Oversee regional sales team performance and alignment with company objectives
Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support during field visits
Develop strategies with team members to close strategic sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Facilitate sales planning sessions to address challenges and identify opportunities
Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective sales process execution
Act as a liaison between regional teams and senior leadership, providing insights to shape sales strategies
Work closely with Director during training to master the sales process
Assist the team in prospecting clients
Maintain existing and prospective client relationships
