Requirements
Leadership and coaching skills to lead and inspire a sales team
Ability to conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
Hands-on fieldwork experience, with at least three days per week in the field supporting the team
Proficiency in sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing using Atlas CRM
Knowledge of maintaining client records (call notes, interactions, contact info) in CRM systems per company policies
Experience in monitoring team activity, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring execution of sales processes
Ability to partner on recruiting and selecting top talent
Passion for developing others, achieving results, and driving growth in a competitive environment
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals in the designated region
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions to motivate and equip the team
Spend at least three days per week in the field providing real-time coaching, feedback, and support
Focus on closing larger strategic deals within the territory
Participate in the recruiting process to build and maintain a successful team
Oversee regional sales team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue growth
Facilitate sales planning sessions to address challenges and identify opportunities
Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure minimum production requirements (e.g., first-time appointments) to meet quotas
Assist the team in prospecting clients
Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Atlas CRM system
Act as a liaison between regional teams and senior leadership, providing insights to shape sales strategies
Work closely with Director during training to master the sales process
