Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
  • Spend at least three days per week in the field working directly with the team through the sales process
  • Focus on closing larger strategic deals within the territory
  • Participate in recruiting to build and maintain a successful team
  • Oversee regional sales team performance and alignment with company objectives
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support during field visits
  • Develop strategies with team members to close strategic sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Facilitate sales planning sessions to address challenges and identify opportunities
  • Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective sales process execution
  • Act as a liaison between regional teams and senior leadership, providing insights to shape sales strategies
  • Work closely with Director during training to master the sales process
  • Assist the team in prospecting clients
  • Maintain existing and prospective client relationships
