Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions to motivate and equip the team
  • Perform hands-on fieldwork (at least three days per week) to support and guide the team through the sales process
  • Focus on closing larger strategic deals within the territory
  • Participate in the recruiting process to build and maintain a successful team
  • Oversee regional sales team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support during field visits to foster accountability and high performance
  • Develop strategies with team members to close strategic sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Facilitate sales planning sessions to address challenges and identify opportunities
  • Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective sales process execution
  • Act as a liaison between regional teams and senior leadership, providing insights to shape sales strategies
  • Assist the team in prospecting clients and maintaining existing/prospective client relationships
