Leadership and coaching skills to lead and inspire a sales team

Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions to motivate and equip the team
Perform hands-on fieldwork (at least three days per week) to support and guide the team through the sales process
Focus on closing larger strategic deals within the territory
Participate in the recruiting process to build and maintain a successful team
Oversee regional sales team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support during field visits to foster accountability and high performance
Develop strategies with team members to close strategic sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Facilitate sales planning sessions to address challenges and identify opportunities
Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective sales process execution
Act as a liaison between regional teams and senior leadership, providing insights to shape sales strategies
Assist the team in prospecting clients and maintaining existing/prospective client relationships
