3+ years of Sales and Leadership experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
Oversee the performance of the regional sales team to ensure achievement of sales goals and alignment with company objectives
Conduct regular field visits to provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to foster accountability and high performance
Partner with team members to develop strategies for closing strategic sales opportunities and contribute to regional revenue growth
Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and sales planning sessions to address challenges, identify opportunities, and drive progress
Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent
Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective execution of the sales process
Act as a key liaison between regional teams and senior leadership to provide insights and shape sales strategies
Assist the team in prospecting clients
Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Atlas CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant details
Ensure the team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments to secure quota
Continuously build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and developments in the financial technology industry
Attend and lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leader
Work closely with Director during training to master the sales process using the Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing
