Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
  • Live in area relative to job posting location
  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • 3+ years of Sales and Leadership experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of the regional sales team to ensure achievement of sales goals and alignment with company objectives
  • Conduct regular field visits to provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to foster accountability and high performance
  • Partner with team members to develop strategies for closing strategic sales opportunities and contribute to regional revenue growth
  • Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and sales planning sessions to address challenges, identify opportunities, and drive progress
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent
  • Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective execution of the sales process
  • Act as a key liaison between regional teams and senior leadership to provide insights and shape sales strategies
  • Assist the team in prospecting clients
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Atlas CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant details
  • Ensure the team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments to secure quota
  • Continuously build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and developments in the financial technology industry
  • Attend and lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leader
  • Work closely with Director during training to master the sales process using the Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
