The role requires travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support and oversee store operations across your district.
Required skills include leadership and supervisory experience, experience with merchandising, previous recruiting experience, and excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s license is also required, along with the physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and perform frequent physical tasks.
A strong candidate has a customer-focused mindset, strong leadership abilities to unite and connect teams, and preferably multi-unit retail management experience with hardlines/variety merchandise.
