Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 6-10 TASs to drive adoption of Cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand
  • Conduct focused in-role coaching on competencies like scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, and teamwork/enterprise mindset (e.g., ride-alongs with key HCPs)
  • Own TASs' learning journey and ensure continuous improvement in core skills (e.g., scientific agility, patient mindset, digital agility, analytical mindset)
  • Champion adoption of new capabilities and tools (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization) by role modeling and sharing knowledge
  • Participate in business and account planning
  • Collaborate with matrix partners (e.g., SEP, FAM) to address customer needs and meet sales targets
  • Report to the Regional Business Director
