Achieve Annual Operating Plan/target assigned to allocated partners and territory
Forecast for month, quarter, and year
Work cohesively in an ecosystem consisting of teams handling focused accounts, departments, and industries to deliver distributor growth at a rate in consideration of country growth rate
Create programmes and accomplish growth programs
Create and conduct partner-led marketing activities
Partner performance management and review
Enhance partner market-making capabilities and effectiveness
